Form: Can be obtained against payment of Rs 700 (Rs 350 for SC/ST/P/VH) through Punjab National Bank, Colonelganj, Civil Lines, Govindpuri, Alopibagh. Local forms need to be submitted at South Hall Counters, Senate House Campus, University of Allahabad (11 am to 1 pm). Outstation forms should be sent through speed post to The Director, CRET, UGC-Academic Staff College, Education Department Building, First Floor, Senate House Campus, University of Allahabad, Allahabad-211002.
